I'm on one of those low-carb diets, but I have to say, when I realized my beloved Emergen-C's have seven grams of sugar in them, I nearly gave it up.
Thank goodness I found these 1 gram of sugar, 5-calorie Emergen-C's, so I can get my energy boost without having to ruin my diet with added sugars. It's not perfect - for one, you can totally taste that there's less sugar!!! But if you're after added energy and nutrition without the carbs, then this is the way to go. I have one each morning and it really starts my day right.
There's no fake sugar here, just fructose and all the nutrients you are used to with normal Emergen-C packets. I only wish they came in more flavors like the normal ones!
