I have used similar models of epilators, and this by far was the worse. I have returned the item and ordered one that I had and that finally had worn out. I would not recommend paying that much when you can get one that works a whole lot better for less money.Customer Review: poor quality

This epilator broke after I had used it for just a year. Also it was super noisy. I am back to using the Braun I used before I bought this. I would expect it to last longer considering it is more expensive than most epilators.Customer Review: Not that good.

Two words: Pain, inefficient.
Yes, this removes hairs sporadically, but leaves wide gaps to go over again. There are areas of the body that the pain is negligible, but others, IT HURTS!!!

This item is a sad excuse for an epilator made by Emjoi.....Their Optima is the best...hands down!!
Why they price this item at $100 is beyond me, it might be worth $45 at the most.
