Customer Review: great stress reliever with breathing technique and easy to use

I know I get stressed out, eat poorly, and wonder how I can calm down. Well, I have a new device called the emWave 2 by HeartMath that has changed my bad habits to good ones, and it did it easily. yes, it really did it.
The device is small enough to carry with you, and uses lights to show you when you're breathing with physiological coherence with my body- a state that , or smoothly, and when you're not. It coaches you to pay attention as you go through the day, it sure did for me. I could use the ear clip or use my thumb on the device in my hand for it to show me how my breathing was going, and then for me to adjust following the LED lights to optimize my breathing, simple, and it works. It helped me change my heart rhythm pattern, and be more calm, more of the day. That worked. I also was to bring to focus a positive emotional experience as I breathed to increase my coherence. That helped too.
So after using it during my day, I was able to see the charts of my breathing on the computer interface that's included. So I could review, and take the four challenge levels of instruction offered with an advanced level. I like it's simplicity, how easy it is to just start up, and put one's thumb on, and watch myself relax, go from blue lights to green, as I brought up an image of love, or passion, or fun, that quickened the process. And the more I use it, suggested daily, the more I see it becoming part of my daily routine....
20 years of work went into this device, and it's simpler than the first version I reviewed and liked. I wish it were a big less expensive, but it is helps calm down people, and it did me, what's that worth...
