I am a weekend bicycle rider, and I love this stuff. I take one shot before I take off and I have a constant flow of energy uncomparable to anything else out on the market. I don't get all jittery instead it actually helps me focus and I notice that I sweat harder, work harder, and at the end of my ride my muscles don't ache near as much. Then if I need to get up that last hill, my gu's work as a perfect compliment to boost me up real quick. Great product, highly recommend it for any endurance athlete!! I ordered this product about three weeks ago and have recently run out. I didn't realize that I'd miss the extra energy it gave me during my workouts until I no longer had any. Enduroshot did not leave me "shaky" or nervous, nor did it cause my heart to race like other products I've tried out on the market. It just gave me that extra boost of energy to maximize my workout. It just eases into your system and you start to feel as if you have all the energy in the world and it leaves your system within a couple of hours and you don't feel tired or edgy in any way. I am a mother of two; a new born, a 4 year old and I am a professional Figure Skater.
The Enduroshot keeps me going with out the crash of sugar or caffeine like the Red Bulls or Monster Drinks. I also like it because it is a convenient size, I keep it in my car, purse, skate and diaper bag! And I think best of all it tastes great without having to be refrigerated!

I am a registered nurse and work 12 hours a day. I recently started purchasing the enduroshots for an extra boost for those long work days. In the middle of the afternoon during a short break I have my little shot and it gives me the energy I need to finish my shifts. Not only does it keep me going but the taste is fantastic. I would highly recommend this for anyone working as many hours as I do and being a nurse its nice to find a beverage that has all the health benefits that this one does.
