I bought these for my husband to use for his Turtle Beach Xbox headsets and for my Crest electronic toothbrush. Firstly, they are not initially charged when you receive them-- you have to charge them yourself prior to the first use, about 8 hours. When my husband used them for his headsets, they only lasted 4 hours. *sigh* They are OK for now, but I would not purchase them again.Customer Review: Energizer vs. Radio Shack model

So far the Energizer battery charger works good. Before I bought it I purchased a Radio Shack charger that lasted less than six months. Plugged it in one day, heard a pop and it was dead. Hopefully I'll have better luck with the Energizer. Also, this unit charges more different types of batteries than the Radio Shack unit at the same cost.
