my nephew splits up alot sometimes...we chilled down the warmest of the bottle...and that seems to help with the split up... otherwise great product.... specially when your switching from breast to bottle. will use again with my 2nd nice or nephew.... perfect for younger babys and older babys.... I compared the price to Albertson's and Safeway, and Amazon had them beat, plus with the super saver shipping, it arrived at my door step within a few days. Love it! Who wants to drive to the store when you have a little baby to take care of? It was just one less thing to worry about, plus a great way to save money. Customer Review: The case with 25.

The case with 25.7 oz contained black elements in the powder. I'm not sure what it is, but after mixing with water, at the bottom of the milk bottle, there were several black elements.
I did NOT notice the same problem with other size (13 oz).
I have contacted enfamil and they told me to send it to them. We'll see what they say...
One of the enfamil agent asked me, "Why did you buy it from amazon?", my response... "uh... because it was cheaper...!".

My baby is on a combined feeding (breast + bottle - 70/30). We've started using Enfamil Lipil with Iron right at the hospital when i didn't have enough milk. It was Ready-To-Use bottles. Then i used the same "R-T-U" kind till i was going to my parents overseas and decided to take same formula but in the form of powder and had the following problem:
If your baby is used to liquid formula be aware that powder of the same kind of Enfamil HAS AN UNPLEASANT TASTE OF IRON. I have no idea what they add to those bottles with formula so it tastes nice but the formula i get by combining powder with water is completely different!!!!
Now my baby girl got used to it and I have no more problems with iron taste but those first two days were terrible for both: me and her.
