Menopause brought me mood swings, hot flashes and night sweats. After about four weeks of using AM/PM, my symptoms are virtually non-existent. I even tested the results by stopping my AM/PM ritual and went off the herbs. My symptoms returned like a raging bull! It took just three more weeks for the formula to kick back in. I understand it works for some people and not others. I take it with soy milk as well.
