I suffer from CFS and was hoping this would give me some energy after reading Dr. T's book, From Fatigued to Fantastic!. Alas, like every other product I've tried, it didn't do anything. Also, tastes pretty bad (chalky) and does not desolve well, so you are left with a little pile of "sand" in the bottom of your glass.Customer Review: lack of satisfactory results

I did not notice a change at all in how I felt after taking this product. it also is very grainy and did not taste well when put into water. It was very much like sand when used with water and hard to stomach when mixed with yogurt.
