Customer Review: HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR A TOTAL GENTLE CLEANSE

This was recommended by a friend when I went to visit her in Miami in early August, as my twin and I were on vacation and had really gone off track with our diet (had quite a bit of fast food, pastry etc), so wanted a good gentle cleanse. I have IBS (C) and was a bit apprehensive about taking sooo many tablets as I didn't want to end up with more cramps and diarrhea.
I was really impressed with how gentle this product worked. I have a 32 oz bottle which I use at work for drinking water and was even more apprehensive when it suggested 64 oz for the day! But I felt absolutely no cramps at all, and found out that drinking that much water really helped with my BM, which increased to sometimes 3 times daily, which for someone with IBS with constipation is a big deal (of course with so much water I practically lived in the restroom..lol).
I must admit taking so many tablets was a bit of an inconvenience at first as I also have GERD and am on meds, plus take at least 7 vitamins daily. However, I easily dealt with this, and this was just a small inconvenience compared with how good I felt after even the first 2 days. Interestingly, my IBS symptoms went away and I didn't need to take any meds to sleep at nights (as I had been doing nearly every night because of IBS bloating and pain). I didn't lose any weight (and that was not a desire either) as I'm already 113 lbs (at 5' 1" that's fine), but I certainly felt "lighter".
I would definitely recommend this product and we plan on repeating the program in December 2010! It's certainly far less expensive and much more convenient than going to do a colon cleanse at a treatment center for sure...
An update...bought this again in January but chose the fibre fusion drink mix. Although it's a better option than the tabs, it's best to mix this in some apple juice or other juice as it's quite gritty and not the most pleasant to drink in plain water. I'm still happy with the results and will continue to take.
