We rate this product good to fair. Some features are fine such as the reading port and face cushions. The other two cushions are just OK and the velcro is fair relative to "sticking power". I wouldn't chance ordering this large item online through Amazon. I had ordered the aluminum model; the lounger arrived in the mail; not being in a hurry to take it out since we weren't going on our camping trip for awhile I left it in the box; when I took it out to try setting it up for the trip I noticed it was a lot heavier than I expected, somehow I thought when it was out of the box w/out the packing material it would be lighter. So not really wanting such a heavy item to take with us on our trip I put it back in the box as best I could.
And for the life of me I couldn't repackage it w/out something sticking out, so I couldn't send it back. By the time I realized Amazon had sent me the steel Ergo Lounger instead of the Aluminum Lounger I had ordered--it was past the return time of 30 days.
So there it has sat in my living room for a year & half with part of the lounger sticking out the box as a silent reminder, don't purchase anything from Amazon or any mail order company if it'll be difficult to return.
Today I finally talked with the Help person at Amazon. The initial contact & the supervisor I talked with were very nice, however, since so much time had pasted the best Amazon would do was a courtesy $5 certificate & a suggestion to donate the lounger somewhere.
Unless you are willing to accept the possibility of having to repackage (good luck) and return this bulky item (I know somebody else also got sent the steel model from the reviews for the 12 inch Ergo Lounger), I suggest you not purchase this item online.

I bought this lounger because I have orthostatic intolerance and need to lie down perfectly flat at times. I thought the face hole would be a plus when lying prone.
I am a slender person but while lying face down on this chair, I have trouble finding a place to comfortably fit my arms and totally relax . My husband, who has a larger build and is broad shouldered, can't use the chair at all - face up or face down.
Also, when the chair is flat and I want to lie on my back, I have to put the larger pillow under my head for comfort... but there is a bar located under the shoulder area that the fabric drapes over, so the bar digs into my back. It has some hard foam padding, but that doesn't help. It's very uncomfortable.
After using this chair for almost a month, I would recommend it only to very petite people who like to lie face down, but can't keep their heads turned while doing so. And with the caveat that even then, it's not very comfortable.

These people have a warranty for 60 days. There is no phone number and no customer service whatsoever. They will not respond to your emails.
That being said, I have purchased 2 of these, the cloth is SHREDDING BY ITSELF. I purchased them 7 months ago, and they are literally just falling apart. After 3 months, the color completely faded, after 7 months, the material simply started shredding. This is a horrible waste of money, looks great for 3 months, and after that, you might as well flush $200 down the toilet.

we left our Ergolounger sit outside and the fabric deteriorated to the point of shredding. So, we got to use it only one season. I wouldn't buy another because of that.
