I am a wheelchair user that was having much difficulty transferring. This seat riser installs nicely and even better- works great! Feels solid and secure while transferring.
I believe this seat riser sets you up higher than the taller ADA toilets. I installed it on a standard height toilet.
Transfers are a breeze now! I looked at the different types available and, for me, this riser was the the best choice. Some of the others looked clumsy and some looked like they would function poorly or be difficult to install. This one is nice because it uses your standard lid/seat- so it doesn't look as awkard. Definitely grab this if you need an elongated version and are having difficulty transferring. It's such a simple and affordable life improver.
