I've been using Sarati's estrogen cream for 2 years and have never had a problem. Our bodies desperately need estrogen after menopause (I'm 50), and Sarati's cream has all the goodies (e.g., estriol, estradiol and progesterone). At $20, it's cheaper than HRT therapy, trust me.

Essential Support Treatment (Used be called Estro-All Cream) is an advanced combination progesterone and phyto-estrogen formulation, developed especially for women experiencing midlife changes. This completely natural product can provide relief from menopausal and peri-menopausal symptoms including, hot flashes, mood swings, vaginal dryness and occasionally, a distressing growth of facial and body hair. Some additional benefits include: eliminating night sweats, help with sleep disorders, normalizing libido and improved new bone formation. Our formulation has been sold since 1993, and there are no known side effects. There are 46 ¼ teaspoons in one tube, so a tube will last about 6 weeks.
