I just started using this product. I was at my wit's end, with night sweats and hot flashes lasting 3 weeks out of the month, and getting little sleep, not to mention - moody. I applied the product as directed to start - 1/4 tsp. I wasn't sure if it was really effective, as my night sweats started up again right on time. I re-read the directions and increased to 1/2 tsp. Wow! As soon as I upped the dosage - I still get hot at night, but nothing that wakes up, and my hot flashes during the day are gone! I am completely amazed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the relief continues. My only issue is with the price. It does seem pricey compared to other creams (which I haven't tried). However, after years of suffering, and finally finding something that works, I won't be trying anything else anytime soon - so it's worth it.Customer Review: Fantastic product

This product is great if you are going through menopause. I just felt better. When I ran out before ordering again, I realized what a difference it makes. Takes about a week or so for your body to start adjusting and then you will notice you feel like yourself again.

I paid for expedited shipping and I received my product two days after amazon released my information to the seller, so I am pleased with the timeliness.
I had been experiencing hot flashes at least ten times per day, waking me up several times a night. I work in a hospital operating room where I have to wear a hat, mask, gown and gloves during surgery and the hot flashes were almost debilitating. I would have perspiration running down my chest and back, I turned red and I felt like I would faint sometimes.
I started using the cream on a friday, though probably not enough since there are no instructions regarding how to measure the product (for reference I measured 1/4 tsp as six pumps). By the following wednesday I began having fewer hot flashes. I also experienced breast tenderness and I broke out with a few pimples. That was almost three weeks ago, and I now have no hot flashes most days. Occasionally I will have one during the day, usually if I get heated up from something else.
I gave it four stars because of the price, and the fact that there were no instructions on how to measure 1/4 tsp, but I am completely satisfied with the ease of use and effectiveness of this product and I will be ordering more.

I was suffering from surgically induced menopause with Severe symptoms. This product has been a life saver for myself, my family, and my patients. The only difficulty I have had with it is that the base lotion is not readily absorbed and is a bit slimy, but I am happy to wait a few minutes for all of the benefits. No more hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, dryness, and heart problems! I highly recommend this product and the company's other bio-identical products to any woman experiencing perimenopause or full menopause (natural or surgical). You won't believe the benefits over the leading prescriptions!
