All I can say is I was suffering with hot flashes every 20 minutes or so and this did the trick. I have been using it since about June 2010 and not one hot flash since.YAY!Customer Review: More effective than the big package

I was really looking forward to using this product since it was recommended by several friends. I was only able to use it for 4 days. I took it at night before bed and had a weird sensation all night as though I had taken some kind of stimulant. I could feel my heart racing, had labored breathing, and an overall anxious feeling. I have normally low blood pressure and no other medical condition. I did not drink alcohol or coffee before bed. There was nothing else that could have caused these effects. The hot flashes were reduced by 2 - 3 per night vs the 6 -8 episodes I have. But the effects are not worth it. I cannot recommend it due to my own experinece.Customer Review: Not strong enough

I switched to Menersa and find that works better at relieving hot flashes and night sweats.
