I was looking for a non-prescription way to relieve hot flashes, night sweats and restless sleep. Estroven PM works great. After being on it for about 6 months, I stopped, and realized just how much it was helping. Not as impressed with this as I was with Estroven extra strength (day time usage). Did not really assist with sleep - a significant syptom with menopause and post menopause. Will keep trying though.
