This Chi Health Device is really cool and simple to use for massaging ankles in sensual motion...simply press the button and there you go. I am having fun and exploring so many features that it has for a healthy experience. I have been working with moving from ankles through my entire spine and upon my back neck and head. In the end I feel great and with rhythm for the rest of the day. I suggest anybody to make a plan of activities with this product to alleviate and get to know your own body structure. The Chi machine does magic but requires the user to participate in it, otherwise magic won't work. The massage pad are comfortable bio-magnets are invisible and apparently feel nothing but result are in your soul. The infrared heat should be use gently and low otherwise you will feel reverse and ready to go to sleep. There is lot to gain for the little price of this product. I suggest users to watch trained massagers within youtube for proper use of this product and yourself get fun with the Chi-machine variety.
