Have tried many, many sinus OTC headache/reliever medicines and this is one acts the fastest and is the most effective. Unfortunately, as another reviewer mentioned, I can never find it. Have gone to multiple drug store chains and grocery stores, but always leave empty handed. Thank Amazon for making this available!Customer Review: Thank goodness these are available!

I actually use regular Excedrin for every day type headaches and nothing works better, so when I saw the sinus version I was thrilled. However, these just didn't do a thing to attack my sinus headaches.
