I was at first skeptical of these strips. I haven't really seen generic strips for my meters. Since the price was right I decided to give it a try. I found that these strips worked as good or better than the HDI strips, they seemed to need less blood to get a good reading and the time it took to for the blood to get all the way through was really quick. So far, I'm satisfied with this product and will buy more. My only suggesstion is that they make the strip a bit stiffer, seemed a little floppy compared to the HDI. Not a big deal though and I didn't notice any change in performance. Hopefully some other generic strips will come out for other meters, the branded products are so expensive when testing a couple times of day.
