The Female Condom is a soft, loose-fitting polyurethane sheath that lines the vagina. It has a soft ring on each end. The ring at the closed end is inserted in the vagina to keep the female condom in place during sex. The other ring stays outside the vagina and partly covers the labia. Polyurethane is a strong and thin plastic that conducts heat while being an effective barrier against STD/HIV and unintended pregnancy.
