These foot "detox" pads do absolutely nothing to rid the body of "toxins." The gunk you see on the pads is the result of a chemical reaction caused by the pad ingredients and your sweat. There is no mercury, asbestos (lol), arsenic, or anything else captured by the pad. If you want to get better sleep, feel less fatigued, and have more energy, then manage your time better, eat right, work out, and learn how to manage your stress! Sorry, there are no shortcuts! If you think these work, you're merely enjoying the placebo affect! There is no substitute for a balanced, healthy lifestyle!Customer Review: USELESS PIECE OF CRAP

Not a proud owner of this useless tissue paper. If I wanted mud-sludge on my feet every night. I could have gotten that for free. It does NOT work ok? You idiots out there actually think this product works. I confirmed this with 7 doctors, it's completely BOGUS. I did my research before I bought it and I knew it wouldn't work. Don't bother purchasing this product as they are a waste of your time and money. The pads are smelly, messy and they never get any lighter and I wasn't feeling any different than before I started to use them. I then saw a 20/20 program that confirmed what I already knew that they are useless.Customer Review: ??
