Customer Review: Practical solution to ice/heat on TMJ area

This Face Caddy looks a little bit funny but works well. Very practical. The Face Caddy has pockets for holding each of the two ice/heat bags that come with it. I have not used it with heat yet but have used it with ice for my TMJ. When you are inserting the ice bag, the ice bag needs to be slightly rolled up to fit into the pocket (you may have to slightly warm the ice bag in your fingers to get it to roll). Then you flatten the ice bag out so it fills the pocket. Do this on both sides. Then use velcro fastener on top of head to keep in place. Simple. It provides great relief to the TMJ and immediate areas so would work for dental issues too. I'm very happy with this purchase.
