My hair is severly damaged from dyes and lesser-quality straighteners, my friend had one that I used constantly and it works WONDERS on my hair. My sister recently purchased one, and I used it almost everyday. It makes my hair look shiny, un-frizzed, and basically makes my hair look un-damaged. You can't even tell that I have really bad hair when I use the straightener. I ordered it and it came within 2-3 days, just like it said it would. I highly reccommend purchasing it. hi! i'm a 14 year old with bushy, frizzy, wavy hair, and my cousin used this straightener on me and it was AMAZING! I want one for myself but there are problems:
1:I'm pretty much broke
2:my parents won't buy one for me-they'll only buy one of those cheap drug store ones that don't work at all.
i don't get an allowance, and the money that I have is all old "tooth fairy" money, so can someone please tell me where i can get one for a low price so my parents will agree to get it for me? thank you!

I've been using this iron for a year and I've gotten three friends hooked on it. It heats up in 10 seconds, it doesn't damage the hair, and it straightens with ease - without pulling the hair! I dropped mine and it broke and I'm FREAKING OUT so I am shopping for a new one right now. Thought I'd write a review to tell everyone how awesome the CHI is. I went on vacation to NY and used it on my friend and she said ever since I left her 3 months ago, she has been dreaming of the CHI every night! WORTH EVERY PENNY! I promise...Customer Review: I'd usually just put it up in a ponytail and slap on some lipstick so I'd have time to get the kids to school.

I didn't order this hair straightener from this seller, however I was VERY pleased with the results. I have limited time in the morning, about 15 minutes for hair and make-up combined. I also have coarse, dry hair that frizzes in humidity and is most unruly. I'd usually just put it up in a ponytail and slap on some lipstick so I'd have time to get the kids to school. I ordered a CHI on ebay after hearing a girlfriend give me rave reviews about it. I didn't believe her until I used it firsthand at a salon. Now, I throw on my sweats,lipstick, and straighten my hair (10 minutes tops) and people say, "What's your secret to your hair?". I reply with a long speech about my CHI and proudly go on about its awesome results. However: unless you have really thin hair, don't get a 7/10 inch. Go with at least a 1 inch.

For the 14 yr old girl, you can get the generic CHI at Sally for about $35 less. Be creative to come up with the money and babysit or do some fund raising for yourself. OR maybe you and a friend can split the cost and share it!! make sure she knows how to take care of it. Believe me, when I was 14 my hair was horrible, if I knew it could look good, I would have even washed cars to save the money to buy it !!!
My friend is going to beauty school and bought one it is great. But remember, deep condition at leas 2 x's a month, preferably using a heating cap sold at Sally's for about $35.
For less damage to your hair, try to use only few times a month. Instead of Blow drying before, If you have longer hair, put your hair in big fat rollers and dry in heating cap ( make sure hair is really dry) and then flat iron after it.
