This has no back flow valve on it! This is a major issue if you ever used enemas. The Fleet Adult disposable Enema has it...I decided to reuse the fleet adult enema...it is actually more sanitary to reuse than this one. Even though it's says it's disposable. This one I was also getting cramps when using...I think it sucks back into the bottle too strong...yes very gross! This is impossible to fill with water; try Anal Douche Enema Bulb instead or jim diamond anal spike. They made the hole for the plunger so small that you'll spend way too much time trying to fill it with water; the other brands mentioned above are far better..
