I've given this product a very fair chance.....I've changed the shade several times in an effort to get the fragrance to last beyond the first day. I've not been successful. After placing the shade on the luminary base, the fragrance is quite overpowering, but by the second day, no smell at all. I consider this product a real waste of money.Customer Review: Waste of money

There is no heat produced by the light so it's basically like putting a scented piece of paper on your counter top (ie. doesn't work).
Don't waste your money with this product.

Why do people need to deodorize their house? If you have that many cats maybe they should go outside... And fake candles, are you kidding. I don't get it!
