Excellent cleaning. Cant even find a spot. Easy to use. Just load one capsule in the dishwasher detergent holder and get going. No mess at all. Some other stuff I tried previously used to leave some stains after the wash...but not this one.Customer Review: DON'T buy these!

I LOVE the smell of these things - they make your dishwasher smell so fresh and clean. That is, if they can dispense in your dishwasher's cycle! That said, I have a top-of-the-line Kitchenaid dishwasher and since I had a great coupon for these, thought I'd give them a try. Well, they are so puffy that you can't get the soap compartment closed first of all, and once you do, it won't reopen during the cycle! Can't tell you how many times I had to go back and rewash the entire load of dishes. Once, my husband put away all the dishes and they were washed without soap because of this. Yuck! They need to redo this product design but until then, just grab a box of their powdered formula- it's fantastic. Great idea, just needs reworked.Customer Review: Electrosol Gelpacs are AWFUL!!! I tried the ELectrasol Gelpacsn(also called "Finish" )because they were on sale and what a MISTAKE! Out of a 20 pack box, only 12 of them were usable. Several of them were stuck together and when you try to seaparate them, the outer plastic breaks and gel gets everywhere. I tried calling the 800 number on the box to complain and they only accept calls during regular business hours...terrible customer service as well
