I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. I have had mine for about 2 years and never had a problem with it. I think I've only had the change the battery once and that's it. It works in a flash on my mustache, chin, between and above my eyebrows. I wouldn't, however, recommend it for bikini line and eyebrows. It doesn't work great on the coarser hair.
As a point of reference I am hispanic and have thick black hair. I will never go back to depilitories, waxing, bleach or any of the other products that scorched my skin.
