I have used Cholesterol check only so far. Very easy to follow the direction. This kit seems to be a good screening tool; expect to get an appoximated range of your cholesterol instead of an exact number, because the top margin of the chromatograph may be rather blurry. I had my wife read the number off of the kit to avoid bias. I knew that she would send me to a lab for re-check if it appeared any thing other than normal.
ColoCheck is basically checking for the blood in the stool by placing a tester in the toilet bowl before a flush. Havn't done it yet but shouldn't be very difficult.
