Had high hopes for this product when I bought them, and was not disappointed. Purchased 6, 3 were a gift. Have had absolutely no problem with this product. I am not fanatical about how cold my beverages are, I drink most at room temperature, but happy to have the ice stick in case. Happy with how well it mixes the protein powder, love the powder storage in the bottom. Now, had a complaint from the gift recipiant about leakage... I think it was operator error; I have had no leakage problems with any of the 3 I kept. Think your best bet is to tighten snug, but don't over tighten, and it will work just fine.
Great product and most likely I will be buying more.
