Description of Flents 5" X 10" Hot & Cold Gel Pack - Flexible, Reusable, Non-toxic

CAUTIONS: Always monitor gel pack when heating. If gel pack starts to expand, turn off microwave. When applying always place a towel between the gel pack and skin. Direct applications of gel pack to skin could result in a burn on frostbite. Do not apply over insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. Exercise special precaution when applying to very young or elderly individuals. Do not swallow gel contained in the pack. If accidentally swallowed, dilute with water or milk and consult physician. Discard if punctured or torn.
