A few weeks after starting to take FlexNow I noticed that my joints didn't hurt quite as much. Now six months later I can say that when I stopped taking it after the first couple of months, I noticed a difference. So I got more.
Also taking Zyflamed & Dr. Williams mixture with NAD which also help some, but not nearly as quickly noticably.
