Received the Flor-Essance in a timely fashion. Was particularly impressed with the packaging of the two glass bottles. The carton was a very heavy duty carton and the bottles were individually wrapped in cardboard. No worry about breakage.
I recently ordered 12 bottles from another company because it was sold at $25% off -- a savings of $9 a bottle. Unfortunately, the packing was lousy. UPS sent 3 orders of 6 bottles each back to warehouse for breakage. Finally, got the first 6 bottles on Monday. The next shipment came with today only 4 bottles requiring another phone call. Needless to say, I will not order the Flor-Essance from that company again.
I will definitely be ordering my Flor-Essance from this company in the near future. My whole family is using this product.
