I hardly ever do reviews on Amazon, but this product I really felt like I needed to recommend.
I started taking this about 2 months ago from the recommendation of my grandma. She did a ton of research on health foods, healthy eating, etc. and took this herself. I eat healthfully most of the time, but had a lot of digestive problems. When she mentioned trying this, I figured it couldn't hurt.
I did try it, and over time I felt like it really did decrease my digestive issues. It's not magic -- I still have occasional issues, and it doesn't fix problems caused by my occasional poor eating choices. But that's not what I was expecting. I was expecting it to do what it says on the label -- increase good bacteria in my system, help improve digestion, and keep my immune system strong.
I have been working at a summer camp all summer and have not gotten sick once (a big rariety for me!!), I feel less bloated, gassy, and have less digestive issues. Again, it's NOT magic, it won't fix all problems, but it's a great product that does what it says it will do.
I definitely agree with the other posters that this product is best bought refrigerated. Personally, I prefer purchasing mine at a health foods store simply because I feel that they know more about these specific products, and also know how to handle them (i.e. getting them refrigerated when shipped to the store). If you go on the Udo's Choice website, there is a directory by state of local stores that carry the products.
