These are fantastic. These have single-handedly revived some wonderful shoes that were so uncomfortable. This is a must-have for anyone who owns heels. They cushion so much better than most products out there. They make it so I can wear heels all day long and my feet don't hurt at all. Keep in mind that if your shoes are already tight on top, they will raise your foot up a fraction and it can make it feel tighter on top for those specific shoes. I recommend them for anyone who wears heels for long periods of time with extra pressure on the balls of your feet.
I would not suggest them for open sandals though. Something about having them on sandals where they are exposed to air, the elements, etc. Makes them less effective at keeping your foot in place and they tend to slide with your feet while walking. For sandals I would suggestFoot Petals Killer Kushionz - Black since they grip better and keep the whole foot from sliding.
