I'm not going to lie. It's no miracle worker if you have a 4'' heel, but it sure helps A LOT, especially the day after.
They're easy to put on the shoe, they have stayed there (I've used the same pair of shoes 5 times now, and it's still there), and the don't show.
So, yes, I'd totally recommend it, but it's not something you HAVE to buy, after all, if you'd rather not suffer on heels...buy shorter ones. ;)

This product definitely succeeds in aleviating the slide-forward problem in strappy sandals. The is still some degree of sliding, but nowhere near as much as without the "foot petals." The foot pedals are the ideal product for those of us who wear heels alot. It protects the ball of my foot, can be worn with sandals, especially sandals.
It's a good product because I just purchased more. I do recommend this product, it's a foot saver.

I bought these with great anticipation for my night out on a Saturday. Sadly, they don't work. I positioned them under the balls of my feet inside my boots (3in heel). I sat most of the time for dinner, but as soon as dinner was over and we were outside mingling, my feet started hurting already! We went to a club afterward, where I stood a lot (was there for about 3 hours) and yup, my feet continued to hurt as if I wasn't even wearing "Foot Petals". I could've done without it, mayyybe it made it 10% better, but that's a generous figure.
