I somehow hurt my foot running or running errands, not sure which. But it felt like glass was lodged in my heel and i literally couldnt walk for 2 days and had so much trouble getting around. I had just started running longer distances and i guess i had the wrong sneakers...i recommend the nike free 5.0- made a huge difference. I digress....So...My friend who is a tri-athelete recommended i try the foot wheel (and change my sneakers). He swears by it and now I do too. I just roll my foot on it for 30 seconds gently to stretch the bottom of my foot and it seemed to have worked so well.
