Customer Review: do not "fit securely"

I ordered these for metatarsal pain and they do not "fit securely" as the description says. They always slide out from under my foot while I'm wearing them. Maybe if I only wore really tight shoes it would be fine. They didn't really have much cushioning, either - they're just a piece of rubber with some raised circles on them. Not sure why they are called "Gel" Ball of Foot Cushion.
I also purchased the FootSmart Metatarsal Sleeve and that was what I needed.
