I was told years ago Spiritual Sky had removed the red dye and it changed the scent. The new one did not and still has not impressed me...I found the original at Amazon and also on the web at tomsincence.com
When I received it, it was the genuine article and the delivery was as promised.

It comes very close to the frangipani oil that I wore in the 1967. It's staying power is not so good but as I said it captures the essential smell of the oil. The price is right too!Customer Review: Thoroughly dissappointed

I bought this "oil" to replace some Frangipani oil that I had found in Bali where the Frangipani blooms and smells wonderful, and where the oil is equally intoxicating.
This product was nothing like it. The fragrance was non-descript and very far from the true fragrance of Frangipani. Maybe Frangipani was only used as a fancy name for this oil?
I tried a few drops of the product in an oilburner with water. There was barely any oil on the surface of the water, the little red drops sunk to the bottom.
This bottle has hit the trash bin.
