I thought I was buying genuine Abbott Freestyle lancets when I ordered these. No, they are manufactured by TheraSense, and they are horrible! BUYER BEWARE!! These lancets are crooked, which can be seen by the naked eye! They are painful by at least 2x the real Freestyle lancets, and have torn up my fingertips. Because you cannot get a clean skin puncture, you also cannot get a good blood droplet to work with. I have stopped using them and am using up the Abbott lancets I have until I can buy another box of GENUINE ABBOTT FREESTYLE lancets (they are blue). You can identify the TheraSense lancets by their gray color. I cannot be any more clear than this: DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP IMITATION LANCETS!

Can be used with most lancing devices.SUGGESTED USE:Wash the selected test site with warm soapy water, and dry. Insert lancet into the FreeStyle lancing device and twist off the safety cap. Lance your forearm with the lancing device, and hold it in place until you see a sample the size of a pinhead. Hold lancing device over a puncture-proof container and pinch the white clip to release the lancet.Lancets
