After seeing ads on TV for these, I figured I ought to give them a try.
Because I telecommute and work nights, my daily routine is a bit different.... I wake up around noon and have a couple of cups of coffee in my home office before going down to get breakfast. I have a Fullbar with my first cup of coffee, and have noticed that my appetite for breakfast is virtually eliminated.
My "mid-day" meal, around 7pm, I do as usual.
I have another Fullbar as the end of my work day approaches. Again, come mealtime after midnight, I have almost no appetite. If anything, I have to force myself to have some "real" food, purely for the nutritional value.
I've only been doing this about a week and a half, but the routine is pretty well set. I'm a big guy with a big appetite, and I've had *no* problems with wanting a big meal after having a Fullbar. They are working as advertised.
A couple of additional notes:
1) If you're eating these for their flavor, You're Doing It Wrong... but they are more than palatable enough for their purpose.
2) Take a good multivitamin - the Fullbars are not exactly chock-full of nutrients. They serve to fill your stomach, and at that they excel.
3) Buying via Amazon Prime appears to get them to your door quicker and cheaper than most other options.
