One look at the fat, calories and sugar, and you'll begin to question what benefit this bar might have. Do yourself a favor, and pick up a box of whole grain puffed brown rice, and some skim milk, and eat about three bowl fulls to consume the equivalent calories. And you still haven't consumed any of the fat and sugar. This "doctor" should review his hippocratic oath to do no harm, and not scam the consumer, especially those who are trying to lose weight. Besides, take a look at the guy. He obviously spends quite a bit of time at the bench press. Yeah, right, he can really relate to the weight issues of the average person. Doesn't work.....first day, yes.....I was full with very little food. Second day, not so full.........third day....I ended up eating the Full Bar and everything I would normally eat....Didn't need the extra calories in my diet. Wow, I cannot believe these taste so bad! I have had my share of these types of bars and these are by far a waste of money. Try the Chia seeds that they sell by the pound on here for a lot less. They have no taste and work great...Customer Review: Old

I have been using fullbars off and on for several years. These I purchased from Amazon were old and the packaging was outdated. I probably will go back to ordering direct from Fullbar in the future.
