While this brand is well known for it's sports wraps and medical equipment, this particular product has fallen short.
It states that it will keep your foot and ankle in a "flex" position therefore aiding in stretching the plantar faciitis tendon while you sleep. I have worn this brace for 3 nights- the flexion is not severe enough to stretch anything, and the calf strap slips down during the night. It is not uncomforable, but I don't find it very helpful. I still have severe pain upon waking, though I will say I haven't experienced the "at rest" pain as much. I would have rather tried this in the store, had it been readily available-- it's a definite let-down for $24.
I do not recommend this product.

I got 2 of these for my plantar Fasciitis in my right foot and to prevent a reoccurrence in my left. It was ok at first but very quickly I noticed that the velco on the splint would wear out and it was too easy for my feet to wriggle out of them. Also, I had to tape the ankle velco to my leg with duct tape to get it to stay. Anyway, I got this because it was a lot cheaper and looked more comfortable, but its clearly not a good product for weeks of extended use. So I am going to get the boot-type ones instead.Customer Review: Very uncomfortable

Now I know why they make the big ugly boot-style supports. Though easy to use, this support was so uncomfortable after a few hours it would wake me up. This is because the foot's natural tendency to have the toes pull away from the calf causes pressure points in both places when using this support. After two nights of waking up and ripping it off so that I could sleep, I returned the product. Aggressive slant board strecthes seemt to be doing the trick for me anyway.Customer Review: Received the wrong item and this company will not exchange it

I ordered this item from this company and they sent me $3 ear plugs, not what I ordered and then told me it was USPS's fault and will not refund my money or send me the item I actually ordered. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are awful and have the worst customer service. Plus it took them three weeks to figure out what was going on and I had to continually email them to get a status update.Customer Review: Doesn't work for me

I have had the opposite experience. The arch in the plastic does not fit my body, and so it slips down and is very uncomfortable in the night. I end up tearing it off while I'm sleeping. When it does stay on, my heel feels no different in the morning! Not good for me. Darn!
