I started to develop wrist problems very slowly, and I finally decided to pick one up to see if it would help. I tried many other wrist braces, and this one has the best mix between flexibility and stability. I got my first one about 6 months ago, and now I'm buying two more because it is starting to wear out.
For people who are looking to buy this, I recommend hand washing if you decide to wash it because the velcro gets weaker if you machine wash it. These things are very easy to care for, and dry quickly.
One other comment... I noticed that I would lose circulation to my thumb because the thumb hole came up too high for me. The great thing about this brace is that the material is VERY easy to cut without fraying at the edges. I just cut myself some extra room, and now I wear it at least 12 hours a day without any discomfort.
This wrist brace has really saved my wrist, and I highly recommend it to anyone!
