I have been wearing this type of sock for 8 years to help with swelling in my legs due to poor circulation. I previously purchased them from Dr. Socks, and when they became unavailable I was happy to find them at Amazon. At that time they were sold in 2-pair boxes and the price per pair was a little less than what they sell for now in 1-pair boxes. I probably didn't read the website description very well and thought I was getting 2-pair per box as I have ordered in the past. Maybe Amazon could highlight the words "1-Pair Boxes". Other then that I have no complaint about the product or the vendor. These are just what my doctor advised me to wear.
