This binder is for the 50-56in. waist no smaller otherwise the binder has a tendency to roll and becomes uncomfortable to wear and can't stay in place to hold you in. It is tight and does the job but must be washed and cared for at least every two days don't dry in a dryer lay flat on a hard surface to preserve it shape and use it in good health.Customer Review: binder
