If you read my review of the Wahl vibe this fits (and I recommend you do that), then you will find that there used to be many third-party attachments for that vibe designed for erotic purposes. I have not been able to find any of them lately, (which is disappointing as I foolishly gave my sets away and they never came back) so this is the only attachment left for that purpose.
This attachment is designed for penetration, anally and vaginally. It is just a bit under 6 inches long and about ¾ of an inch in diameter. While it is not mentioned in the sparse literature included, it seems to be made of the same kind of vinyl material as the regular attachments included with the Wahl vibe.
This is of some importance, given many people's sensitivity to synthetic materials. I always use a covering, usually a condom, with my sex toys, although there are many women who are allergic to latex as well. I also keep a supply of non-latex condoms on hand for those folks. Using a condom keeps the toy safer for multiple partners, and makes cleanup easier and more complete.
This attachment works reasonably well for either anal or vaginal penetration. The size makes it comfortable for most people in either role, for men and women. It attaches to the vibe in the same manner as the usual attachments, which is to say it presses onto the vibrating shaft and holds on by friction.
As others have noted, it is possible for it to slip off in mid-use, so care must be taken, especially in anal use. It could come off and become lodged in the rectum, requiring medical assistance. Few people would enjoy a trip to the E.R. with that complaint. Watch what you're doing.
That said, I have not had trouble with it coming off, and the issue of loose attachments seems to vary from vibe to vibe a bit. All press-fit items will loosen with time and use, so be forewarned and be careful.
My experience with this toy is positive, which I cannot say for many other such toys. I like the Wahl vibes a lot, and would like to see the other attachments available again. The women on whom I have used it find it quite nice (almost always on the low setting, though), while I seldom use it for myself.
If you use the Wahl vibes, you should have one of these around as well. It can add a lot to the fun, and vibes are a nice, safe way to pleasure a partner. Real men use vibes.
