I have fibromyalgia ( constant pain ), and sitting in a car, foldup chair, church pew, etc. is torture. When I ordered this cushion I was doubtful. But this cushion is amazing! I took it to a day long seminar & was able to stay the whole day. I still had some pain & had to change my position frequently, but I made it ! I find the design attractive, It's light weight, very trim, and has a built in handle in the middle. Sadly, my husband found out that it was perfect to use when he drove long distance, and I haven't gotten it back yet.I guess I'll have to buy another.Be warned though,it comes in two widths.The smaller is 16 inches. The larger fills a bucket seat very well.
