This seller is the worst experience I had.
First, they shipped the wrong item that is totally unrelated to my order.
Second, they don't provide any return shipping assitance. "If you don't like it, ship it back on your own expense."
Third, there is no acknowledgement after receiving the returned item.
After multiple emails to contact them, the only response was a short sentence "we'll ship the right item".
There is no shipping date specified. There is no mention of refunding the return shipping cost.
Overall impression: terrible service. Try to avoid this seller if you can.
