Customer Review: Improves back pain, easy and comfortable to wear.

I started wearing this belt after a short bout with sciatica. I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts on the floor and I felt like I needed extra "support." This is my second child, and I'm carrying him low, which was really straining on my back, I was also having back pain when trying to sleep at night. I wear the belt to work, and any time I will be out of the house and walking for more than 30 minutes. I have noticed a huge improvement back pain, am able to sleep better and I do NOT ever have to wear it to bed. Don't be threatened by it's size, it smooths easily under clothes. Even if it feels bulky @ first, you get used to it rather quickly. Well worth the investment!
