I have been using this product since i started breastfeeding - 6 months ago and can only say it works every time I need it.
I have started a new job so I am currently limited to feed mornings and nights only - I will sometimes pump the remaining milk after feeding. Have a good back up supply in the freezer and will start pumping once a day at work soon. Just one example - my supply dropped to about 5 ounces after pumping - I took 2 pills yesterday night and my supply was 10 ounces tonight ( I did give my son a bottle from the frozen milk to see if my supply increased).
I guess everybody is different but I do believe that it stimulates the supply - a little pricy but it lasts quiet long.
I got it from Whole Foods - It is certified organic.
