Like many other nutritional products, this one does not deliver. You'd think after using this product for some days, you'd see a bit of progress. All I got was bloating and trouble sleeping at night. I am currently taking this product and it is not working. My husband is also taking it. We are experiencing constipation instead of flow. I called the company to see why this is not working to no avail.
